"Open mouth" blown decanter, the glass blower creates it and shapes it to hand, without the aid of a mold. The black decoration that surrounds it is given by a black crystal bar that is introduced into the molten glass. The length of the hollow piece is determined by the length of the glass blower's arms. Only the vast experience and immense talent of Riedel's glass masters can recreate objects of such a high level and craftsmanship. RIEDEL, in Kufstein, produces exclusively handmade glass.
