Amarone is a dry passito red wine produced exclusively in Valpolicella, a hilly area of the Veronese Pre-Alps in the Veneto region and includes the entire mountain part of Lessenia and precisely the municipalities of San Pietro in Cariano, Fumane, Sant'Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Marano di Valpolicella, Negrar di Valpolicella, Pescantina, Sant'Anna d'Alfaede.
Costasera Amarone DOCP "Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin" is a red wine produced by Masi in Valpolicella Classica from three different varieties of native vines Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara dried in the winter months on bamboo trellises.
Costasera Amarone has a strong and intense ruby red color with olfactory notes of cooked fruit, plum and cherry and a fruity flavor on the palate with hints of coffee and cocoa. This red wine has a powerful structure and exceptional balance, so much so that it is considered one of the most prestigious noble wines in Italy.
VEGAN - Masi does not use products of animal origin or containing any type of allergens in the wine production process.
VIVA PRODUCT LABEL - Masi adheres to the Rafcycle project, aimed at recycling and transforming silicone paper substrates into cellulose of the labels
SUSTAINABILITY - In the Masi offices, 15% of the energy requirement is self-produced using solar panels.
