The figure of the famous Indonesian chicken Ayam inspired Maximilian J. Riedel in the creation of this innovative and functional decanter for the 260° company anniversary. Its particular shape allows the wine to reach, in a short time, an excellent degree of aeration and a perfect decantation phase. A rigorous artisan production and a careful distribution of weights allows this decantar to be easily hung. The Ayam decanter is made freehand, without the aid of any mold, in pure lead-free crystal with mouth blowing. RIEDEL, in Kufstein in Austria, produce exclusively handmade glass and each item is made by expert master glassmakers. The experience of these craftsmen ensures that the quality of each piece meets the high standards for which the Riedel brand is world renowned. Due to manual processing, small tolerances in size and weight, bubbles or imperfections and slight surface variations are a feature of the product itself.
